SIPS - IPS stands for “SIPS Institute of Paramedical Sciences” a part of SIPS Super Specialty Hospital, Burns & Trauma named after “Sushrut Rishi”, The Father of Plastic Surgery, who inspires us to perfection in fine nuances of Surgery and achieve new milestones. The hospital provides a comprehensive care in the field of Plastic, Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgery, Burns, Trauma,Neurosurgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Gastro surgery, Gastroenterology, Urology, Nephrology and all kind of SURGICAL EMERGENCIES and TRAUMA. SIPS is having fully equipped center for Burns and dedicated Burns I. C. U. A dedicated unit of Rehabilitation of HAND & MICRO-VASCULAR SURGERY. SIPS-IPS is just not a place for theoretical study to the students who are interested in Paramedical field but, provides a complete knowledge of practical study also. We provide tertiarylevel care under one roof, with latest technology.  SIPS- IPS is located in the heart of city, with easy reach and transport. Our campus have a plenty of open spaces and soothing ambience. Some other important aspects are that the KGMU, Larry Cardiology Center, Trauma Center, Key Medical Stores, Chowk Bazaar are very nearest by or at a walking distancewhich provides as an additional bonus to our students as they not need to go far away for any such thing related to their use. SIPS-IPS came into existence on 15th August 2008 inaugurated by Dr. M. C. Sharma, DGME, U.P.

    1. Each and every student should be in a proper and complete uniform otherwise he/she will be responsible to pay the fine of Rs. 50/-
    2. Students should be on time that is at 9 a.m.
    3. On Wednesday that is for C.M.E. meet students will reach the auditorium by 8:15 a.m. sharp.
    4. During C.M.E. meet students will leave the first two rows’ in auditorium and can sit there after.
    5. For any queries for C.M.E. meet students will be in touch with matron Mrs. A.B. Nath/Mahru Nisha.
    6. Proper silence will be maintained in the class room during free-time.
    7. In case any doctor is late or is absent the student should be in the class room or at utmost in the canteen.
    8. In any such case students will not loiter in the hospital uselessly or without any reason.
    9. For practical classes student should be on time wherever their duty is allotted and in there batches given.
    10. Students will neither change their batches nor the duty allotted to them on their own.
    11. For any change in duty in case Trauma I.C.U. and Burn I.C.U. is closed they will report to Mr. S.K. CHANDOLA or Dr. KRISHNA PANDEY.
    12. Students will maintain the dignity of the O.T. / Trauma I.C.U. /Burn I.C.U or any wards such as Gen. Ward, Emg. Ward, Pvt. Ward or Smile Train Ward
    13. The decorum, dignity, and discipline of the institute and the hospital should be maintained.
    14. Every student should register their entry in (In and Out time) at the entrance gate. If any student is late they will be marked absent for the day.
    15. In case any student is late then also they have to register the entry at gate.
    16. The students who will be absent for the day they have to submit an application with proper reason mentioning number of days along with the signature of their Parents/Guardian the next day.
    17. Permission will be granted for the leave only on submission of the application mentioning the reason and number of days.
    18. If any students bunks any class or practical classes in between the day then they have to face the serious consequences and only the student will be responsible for that.
    19. If any student is found guilty of misconduct, misbehavior and any malpractices which is not according to the rules of the institute he will be considered as a “BLACK LISTED CANDIDATE”, and Final decision will be in the hands of higher authorities.
    20. In any case 80% attendance is compulsory in a year for each and every student both in theoretical and 90% practical classes separately otherwise they will not be allowed to sit in the final examination.

      • You can get the form & prospectus through post by making a D.D. of Rs. 150/- in favor of “SIPS Institute of Paramedical Sciences”, payable at Lucknow, with a 10x12 inch envelope with self address and Rs. 25/- ticket on it.
