It exclusively caters to various surgeries like Open liver gall bladder and biliary surgeries , Pancreatic Surgeries , Small and Large bowel Surgeries , Surgery for Festula in ano and fissure in ano , Surgery for hemorrhoids (MIPH) , GI Cancer Surgeries , Variety of endoscopies (therapeutic /diagnostic): ERCP ,UGIE, Sidmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy.In its constant endeveor to excel , the department provides variety of latest techniques in open Laproscopic & minimal invasive arena.The department is soon going to have Bariatric Surgey Unit under its ageis.
